Anne-Marie founded Blloom in lockdown after doing a project with survivors of domestic abuse.


- After really listening to them and hearing about their feelings and experiences It became apparent to her how much people need feel part of a community of likeminded people committed to change to improve their wellbeing.


Anne-Marie has worked both nationally and internationally facilitating workshops to improve the wellbeing of others for the last twenty years.

 


- In the UK Anne-Marie has worked in both corporate and community settings, facilitating in a variety of locations from prisons, secure units, hostels, offices, theaters, hospitals, mental health facilities and a range of educational venues.


At the heart of all her work is a belief that everyone should be aware of their worth and her workshops are about inspiring change for the good. All her knowledge has come from working with people experiencing a range of challenging issues, their lived experiences has been the main influence on her work and the creation of these courses.

 

- She has looked at what has had a genuine, tangible, positive impact on peoples lives and wrote the courses from that knowledge.

Our programmes range from one off sessions to 3, 6 or 12 weeks programmes.

 

Sessions range from 45 mins to 2 hours each.

 

You can choose which areas, specified in the programmes and courses catalogs above; you want to incorporate into your sessions.

 

You can make your sessions as bespoke as you need.

 

All programmes and classes are being held online at the moment due to COVID-19.
